
Welcome to my Medium page! I'm on a new mission to transform my life and fitness by adopting the Tactical Athlete approach inspired by Iñaki de la Parra. After hitting a low point following the burnout caused by marathon training and then failure due to not even making the start line coupled with the milestone of turning 40, I realized it was time for a sustainable change.

My Journey:
Starting Point: I began with little to no motivation and sporadic exercise. My health and fitness were at a very low ebb, and I needed to find a way to rebuild my habits and rediscover my passion for fitness.
